  I had a great experience at Best Buy, especially because of Kiran. She was very helpful in getting my sister’s phone set up and made sure we understood everything. The store was quite busy at the time, but Kiran was doing an amazing job multitasking while still giving us great customer service. She was patient, friendly, and very professional. Really appreciate her help and would definitely recommend her!
