  I visited Best Buy Express at the Southland location, and Kshama helped me a lot. She was very helpful and took the time to explain the different phone plans and options clearly. I would definitely recommend this store and Kshama for her excellent customer service. Thank you for all your help!

  The guys working at Southland location were awesome! I ended up switching from Telus to Bell just because they offered me a good family plan and my workplace was eligable for discount. Will come back again for my next cell phone
