  Got a screen protector from Best Buy at a really good price. I met Bhavin, who was very friendly, helpful and an amazing person. He genuinely showed interest in helping me during the purchase and even happily installed it for me. I had a really good experience with best buy's personel and products. 100% recommend them.

  I came in with purpose of purchasing some replacement batteries for an AirTag and another device. I got the hard sell on WHOM my cell phone provider was. I was very unimpressed with this approach. I would hope that the management curtails this hard sell by the staff going forward. I honestly could have gotten the batteries at Shoppers Drug Mart and not been harassed.
