  I had an amazing experience at the Regina Best Buy yesterday. We recently bought a rice cooker that went on sale shortly after our purchase. Since it was within the 30-day window, we brought our receipt back, and they refunded us the difference to match the sale price with absolutely no hassle. While we were there, we also looked at some cameras, microphones, and other tech gear. A young man named HIT helped us out. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions perfectly. Another employee was demonstrating a META vr HEADSET for us, which was a bit frustrating because he couldn't see what we were seeing on the screen while trying to guide us. This demonstration could be vastly improved if they cast the device screen to a nearby TV so both the staff member and other customers can watch along.Overall, excellent staff and great price-matching, just hoping management takes that casting suggestion to heart! Excellent price-match policy and top-tier customer service. I highly recommend this location!

  Almost always able to find whatever you're looking for👍🏻, and if not can be ordered in. Most of the staff seem knowledgeable🧠 and most of them are friendly😊. A few seem a bit stuck up, but could be just that they didn't like me 🙄much 🤷. Overall a great place to find your electronic products 👍🏻

  The sales rep is not attentive to customers, this guy keeps on browsing his cellphone while my wife was asking for details, he is not interested in making any sales, he knows he will get paid for the day no matter what.

  2026.05.20 I was in there for 40 minites dealing with the assistant store manager. Useless! I was trying to upgrade my work phone plan. After him poorly explaining my options we committed to a plan. He then wanted to run a personal credit check. It didn't make sense to run a personal credit check on a business account. He realised he was giving me prices and plans for a private plan and a business plan would look completely different. The whole time he was reviewing my business account making this mistake. Absolutely useless guy wasting my time. If he is an assistant store manager I would hate to see the standards of everyone else.
