Stayed here during a road trip, and it was the best night of the trip! Quiet room, impeccably made up, and the little kitchenette was a lovely touch! Hallways & entrance still smells new, ample plugs throughout the room for everyone’s devices. Continental breakfast was delicious, and had a surprising amount of options! Really enjoyed the coffee at breakfast… which our family does not ever take note of! Will definitely stay here again! Thank you!
Arrived late at night, brought dinner with me because everything is closed. Went to heat it up in the room kitchenette, there is no cutlery or plates. Went to the dinning room, management says they are required to lock up cutlery and plates, rendering them inaccessible to guests. I have stayed at this location for years and never had that happen, Im staying at another BW right now and they dont lock anything up. Not sure why this specific location does this now. Staff member was super apologetic about the policy and got me what I asked for, but I shouldn't have to ask staff for things that are available at every other BW.
The smoking balconies are directly opposite sleeping rooms. You will hear smokers go in and out all night and have the pleasure of hearing every single conversation because there is minimal sound proofing, had to ask to move rooms, I couldn't sleep with all the noise.

I stayed at the Best Western in Moosomin and had a very disappointing experience with one of the employees. Guests are paying to use the hotel amenities, but an employee named Miguel was using the fitness centre while off duty and sitting on his phone, taking up the equipment like he owned the place.
I wanted to use the treadmill because I have a fixed nighttime workout schedule, but when I asked, he responded very rudely and said “I’m not going anywhere, you can go and sleep.” After already having a long and stressful day, this attitude was honestly upsetting and unprofessional.
Hotel guests should come first when it comes to amenities, especially paying customers. I hope management addresses employee behavior and professionalism toward guests.
