    They put a gay pride lgbtq sign on the front door. Very disappointing, and not welcoming at all. Other than that great service from the staff. I would put 5 stars if it wasn’t there.

    My elderly mother went there and got great service. Salesman knew what he was talking about and gave good advice. Would recommend to anyone.

    They don’t honor their price match policy. I provided every piece of evidence required, and they just said: we can decide not to honor it. Details: the employee confirmed the item is identical. Confirmed it was in stock in both their store and competition (staples). Both online and in store. Confirmed it wasn’t a liquidation or special deal, limited quantity. Just a legit price match, 100% what their policy indicates. Terrible company. FYI if you’re going to reply that you are sorry and to contact your chat support, don’t bother. Happy to give you my phone number to talk to someone in authority, not endless chat agents

    Okay, it’s good to know others are experiencing the same in salesmanship. All the young folks were hanging out in the back (why is the cash in the back of the store, such bad design). 3 guys saw me walking from aisle to aisle looking for a Apple charger and didn’t approach me when finally one did. When I asked if he had other MacBook chargers (I was looking for 67W), without even waiting a beat or asking any further questions, “which one are you looking for?” He just says “that’s all we have” so I make the extra effort to explain what I’m looking for, then I ask “well, would another Best Buy have it?” Do you have anything else to do right now sir? Not going to get into the rest of our conversation, but looking around, the older sales people were on the floor making REAL conversations with the customers and doing their job. Stop hiring young people who don’t want to work. Or please stop the ageism and hire older people who work and pay them well. Why even bother buying in person? It’s called customer service for a reason. If it’s self-serve, just tell us that when we walk in and give customers a discount. Ridiculous. The man at the cash didn’t even tell me the total of my purchase; just goes “it’s all yours” to tap my card. Again, make it self-serve. Would rather no human interaction.
