  La nourriture était excellente. Notre serveur était drôle et bon pour interragir avec mes enfants. Il a été très patient avec nous, car laisser-moi vous dire que mes enfants étaient tout sauf décidés. Nous avons eu un beau souper en famille

  Horrible…degeulasse… sandwich salade de poulet : ils te mettent un gros morceau de poulet brun avec des os et cartilage, avec une tranche de salade , pas de Mayo , pas de salade de choux avec mon repas, pas de p’tit pain… après deux fois je me demande vraiment ce qu’ils se passe avec ce st Hubert , ils vont faire faillite bientôt on dirais 👍 je menvais au McDo après

  Seul St-Hubert qui donne des aussi petites portions... chaque fois, il manque de frites ou les languettes de poulet sont minuscules...

  I am writing to share our disappointing experience during our visit yesterday at around 8:00 PM. When we arrived, we waited approximately 9 minutes at the reception before anyone acknowledged us. We were then assigned an oversized table and were told that all other seating sections were closed, even though I could clearly see other guests seated in those areas. The alternative that was offered to us was not satisfactory. Once seated, we noticed that we were not offered water. When we later requested water ourselves, it was poured into the same glass that had been used for Pepsi instead of being served in a clean glass, which was disappointing and did not meet basic service expectations. We also ordered mozzarella stick appetizers, but they arrived overcooked and tasted as though they had been fried in old oil. Before we had even finished our appetizers, our main courses were brought to the table, making us feel rushed rather than allowing us to enjoy the meal at a comfortable pace. In addition, my partner’s plate arrived dirty and covered in oil. While the food itself tasted good, the presentation and cleanliness of the plate were unacceptable. I have dined at your restaurant before and have always had a positive experience, which is why this visit was especially disappointing. Apart from the taste of the food, the overall service and dining experience fell well below the standard I had come to expect.

  Expérience très décevante pour mon anniversaire. 45 minutes d'attente en salle à manger pour recevoir de la nourriture super froide. Service extrêmement lent et négligent : nos assiettes sales sont restées sur la table tout le long. Le pire a été la gestion de la surprise que mon mari m'avait préparée Mon mari a avisé la serveuse à deux reprises pour sortir le gâteau d'anniversaire qu'il avait apporté, mais après 30 minutes d'attente supplémentaires sans aucun service, nous avons dû renoncer, payer et partir. La surprise a été complètement gâchée. Un tel manque de considération et de professionnalisme pour un moment spécial est inacceptable. Je ne recommande pas cette succursale pour vos événements importants.
