  During our family road trip to the Maritimes, we stopped at St-Hubert for dinner twice—once on our way east and again on our way back west through Quebec. Both visits were fantastic! The chicken was fresh, juicy, and full of flavour, and the famous gravy absolutely lived up to the hype. Everything was consistently delicious both times we visited. The highlight, though, was our server, Joanie. She looked after our lively, somewhat rambunctious family with incredible patience, kindness, and a great sense of humour. When we returned on our way home, she even remembered our orders from our previous visit. That level of service truly impressed us and made us feel so welcome. Great food, outstanding service, and a memorable experience. If you’re passing through, this St-Hubert is absolutely worth the stop.

  Merci a la jeune fille au take-out d'avoir embarqué dans mes folleries. Je lui ai demandé une animalerie avec le plus de girafes possible.... Et bien, j'ai eu une girafferie de 7!!!! Ça a fait la journée de mon gars!!

  Ça fait plusieurs fois que je suis très déçue au st-hubert, entre autre à cause de la nourriture froide, qui a dut rester longtemps sur le comptoir… le service laisse aussi à désirer, j’ai eu le même serveur les deux dernières fois que j’y suis allé, Vincent.h et ce n’est pas mon préféré. Il est manque de professionnalisme et il consomme des produits d’en face (Tim Horton) devant nos yeux. Ça m’a donné le goût de faire de même et de traverser la rue pour un café au lieu d’un dessert dans votre succursale. Il nous traite comme des amis mais ce n’est qu’un serveur que je n’ai pas envie d’apprendre à connaître. Personnellement je conseille plutôt François g.

  J'ai commande le nouveau bol salade , a ma surprise 80 % c'etait du riz et le poulet grille etait tellement salé qu'il m'etait impossible de le manger et aucun edamane . C'etait de loin ce que Montrail la photo et la description et pour finir je commande un shortcake aux fraises sur le dessus il y'avait une seule fraise couple en 6 Ca faisait longtemps que je n 'etais pas retourne et ce n'est pas ca qui me font revenir

  Honestly the food and service from our girl server was great. So this is not based on our female server or the food. Some middle aged lady and a male that was with her sitting at a table next to us and their waiter guy (who represents your facility) had a problem with us speaking English. The fact that these 2 said we were to loud while having a conversation at a public restaurant with attitude and continued to make fun with their waiter who represents you guys (white bold guy mid height looks to be middle age ) a few times and the fact that your waiter sees it and literally joins in by making comments with them was just really sour and ruined our experience. I mean I was told that this kind of behaviour happens in Quebec towards English speaking people but sure did not expected it from your facility. If we were rude and behaving badly I would understand but us sitting down enjoying our food and be met with these peoples rude and cowardly attitudes is quite pathetic and if you don’t want English speaking customers then don’t have English menus I am very disappointed. I wish I knew the waiters name because from the moment we entered he had a problem with us and when the 2 people arrived it was almost like on purpose. Would not recommend based on atmosphere you should be ashamed and why act this way truly pathetic
