Bistro Cô-Davi Horace est un petit resto sympathique situé à Saint-Germain, où la cuisine maison est servie avec cœur. Des plats sans gluten, pensés pour le bien-être (ou presque... la poutine Drummondvilloise est bien là!).
Horace renaît à l'automne 2025 après un virage vers un espace plus intime, le nom du bistro rend hommage à un parrain cher et son fils et au jeu de mots "code à vie" qu'est de manger sans gluten pour les cœliaques.
Un menu qui varie au fil des saisons: croustillante fondue parmesan, fameuses crevettes miel-thaï, succulentes crevettes papillon, tendre brochette de poulet, sans parler de notre légendaire sauce à spaghetti!
