I went there on a saturday June 27 to get a physical sim card because my phone was broken I could no longer use my e-sim, unfortunately I found 2 racist girls there. One gave me a sim card and said to go call bell on the phone to activate it, that she couldn’t do it so I went home and borowed my neighbour’s phone to call, then they said I have to do it in a branch that they can’t do it online, I went back to the branch and the lady without trying just said she can’t do it and told me to go to another bell store in Boisbriand, which I did. The agent there helped me and said I did not have to drive all the way there for something that they could do over there. I guess I just happened to stumble on a bunch of Racist as a Black Muslim woman wearing hijab 🧕. Rotary inacceptable
