  Je peux pas croire au prix que c'est rendu dans les restaurants de donner a un client des filets de poulet non seulement réchauffé mais meme pas chaud et en partie brulé . Je n'ai pas retourné ma commande parce que c'étais au service au volant et que je ne voulais pas faire encore 25 minutes pour retourner au restaurant . Mon souper a terminé au poubelle

  St-Hubert is one of those places that I never skip when I’m in Quebec. If there’s a St-Hubert nearby, chances are I’m eating there. Being from Ontario, there can definitely be a bit of a language barrier at times. Thankfully, my son speaks fluent French, so we relied on him quite a bit when ordering and getting seated. We did try speaking English first and, well… you’re in Quebec! 😅 But honestly, it’s worth any extra effort. The food is exactly what keeps us coming back. There’s just something about St-Hubert that hits differently. The chicken is always delicious, the fries are great, and that famous sauce never disappoints. Every visit feels like a comfort meal and part of the Quebec experience. I’ve tried plenty of chicken restaurants in Ontario, but if given the choice, I’d take St-Hubert every single time. A Quebec classic that never lets me down. Every trip to Quebec includes a St-Hubert stop, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. 🍗🇨🇦😋

  Our Hostess Bridget was pleasant and helpful. She was very patient as we tried to order our meals in French instead of our native English. Bridget was excellent!

  Un moment magique à Québec grâce à Amy !😍 C’était notre premier voyage au Canada, et ce restaurant a été le point culminant de notre séjour à Québec. Tout était absolument parfait : une cuisine délicieuse, des ingrédients d'une grande fraîcheur et, surtout, des plats parfaitement assaisonnés (pas trop salés), ce que nous avons énormément apprécié. De plus, les petites attentions pour notre bébé étaient vraiment touchantes. Mais ce qui a rendu cette expérience inoubliable, c’est avant tout notre serveuse, Amy. Nous écrivons ce commentaire principalement pour elle. Grâce à son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et son attention de chaque instant, nous repartons avec des souvenirs merveilleux de Québec. Amy, merci d'avoir rendu ce moment si spécial pour notre famille. Si vous passez par Québec, c'est une adresse incontournable, surtout si vous avez la chance d'être servis par Amy !

  On vacation from Puerto Rico and we ate three separate times at St-Hubert. We absolutely LOVED everything we had. Food was delicious, the atmosphere was super nice and we had the most amazing server Brigitte!
