A very impolite girl named Asia is working there. I have been dealing with Virgin for 10 years and have never had such a negative experience. Unfortunately, What was even more disappointing was that her manager did not seem to know how to properly handle a complaint either, he seems to be one of those who does not take customer complaints seriously and makes the customer feel like they are the problem. In any case, the behavior of his employee reflects very poorly on his management and competence. This was an extremely disappointing experience, especially after being a Virgin customer for so many years.
