  Je suis allé à l'atelier pour changer le grip sur mon driver et pour raccourcir la tige. Le préposé a procédé immédiatement et tout était complété en seulement quelques minutes. Service rapide et efficace. Vraiment apprécié.

  Purchased new clubs at this store and was guided by their staff through the fitting process and others. I was most impressed by the utmost professionalism displayed by all but particularly Paul and William who were both extremely helpful and honest in their advice. A special thanks also to Gordon, the assistant manager who was also very helpful, professional and friendly. Great job guys, thank you! Gary

  I’ve been a client there for years, the service is rude, the employees look unhappy, there is a clear lack of management and I always feel like I’m bothering someone. My new clubs will be purchased somewhere else. I use it as a convenience store for small items

  I am a loyal Golf Town customer and have made many purchases over the years. Unfortunately, today, I experienced something that was both shocking and deeply upsetting. I visited the store with my own driver to ask a question about it. After finishing my inquiry, I was walking out of the store when a young male employee suddenly frowned at me, pointed his finger at me, and ordered me in a very aggressive manner to show my driver. He then inspected my driver. I found this behavior completely unacceptable. If I had attempted to steal merchandise, the store’s security alarm would have sounded when I exited. There was no reasonable basis for treating me in such a humiliating and confrontational way. Even after confirming that the driver was my own property, the employee did not apologize or acknowledge that he had made a mistake. As a result of this incident, I have lost confidence in Golf Town and do not intend to shop at this location again. The employee involved was a young male. Please watch out.
