  Best Buy in general is good, but the one-star rating is specifically because of my experience with the person who sold me my PS5 back in December 2025. He was not very responsive or attentive and seemed more interested in talking with his friends. The entire process felt rushed, as if he just wanted to finish the sale quickly so he could get back to his conversation. It was absolutely disappointing and left a lasting negative impression, which is why I’m sharing the experience now.
