  I had an excellent experience at Best Buy Pointe Claire thanks to Aly, who provided truly outstanding customer service. She welcomed me with a genuine smile, showed remarkable patience and understanding, and took the time to carefully listen to my concerns regarding an issue with my purchase. Aly was incredibly attentive, empathetic, and knowledgeable, making what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and reassuring. She handled everything with patience, smile, professionalism and positivity in a very short time. Customer service at best buy Pointe Claire truly deserves recognition always, you guys never failed me!   The staff at the customer service with name begin with Yas... was terrible. We needed to buy the phone otherwise we would have left right away. The whole time, he was unfriendly and after we paid, there was no 'thank you'.

  This specific store refused to respect their stated rain check policy for an appliance sale which is still advertised for a whole other week - even after their customer service team told me they should. I've gone into the store 3 times and been on their website (which was down all weekend) multiple times to try to order the item. Tired of the ping poing and being treated this way. Canadian Applicance Source matched their price and gave me oustanding and clear and rapid service - no runarounds.
