  My husband and I had an excellent experience at Bell Fairview! We were assisted by Adnan, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk us through our phone upgrades and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He was also incredibly quick and efficient without ever making us feel rushed. We truly appreciated the outstanding customer service and would highly recommend visiting this Bell store and asking for Adnan! We live about 30 minutes away, but we would gladly make the trip back to this location for any future Bell needs just to have the opportunity to work with Adnan again. He made the entire experience easy, smooth, and stress-free!

  Adnan At the Fairview pointe Claire location was such a pleasure to deal with. Knowing we were frustrated and being bounced around he approached us with amazing energy , and a smile that could fix anything! He reassured us , gave us proper take home instructions and diffused a stressful situation for my mother law’s failing home internet connection. Some staff are only concerned with profitable sales and only gear their attention to where they can profit. Adnan, Thank you for working through this with us; we are grateful for your patience.

Dès le début, il a été professionnel, patient, à l’écoute et transparent. Il a pris le temps de bien comprendre mes besoins, de répondre à toutes mes questions et de trouver la meilleure solution pour moi. Surtout, il s’est assuré que je termine notre échange en étant pleinement satisfait. Des employés comme Adnan sont une véritable valeur ajoutée pour Bell. S’il y avait plus de conseillers comme lui, Bell gagnerait certainement encore plus de clients et fidéliserait davantage ceux qui sont déjà là.
