  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ J’ai eu une excellente expérience avec Nasuhime chez Virgin. J’étais venu pour acheter un téléphone, mais j’avais un problème avec mon compte. Nasuhime a pris le temps de m’aider, elle a été très patiente, professionnelle et vraiment gentille. Elle a fait tout son possible pour trouver une solution et m’aider. Merci beaucoup pour ton excellent service, je l’apprécie vraiment !

  I want to take a moment to praise the outstanding service I received from Yanis Berbiche at the St. Catherine store today. Over the past couple of days, I received such poor service (aggressive upselling and refusal to help in the ways I requested in-store at Centre Eaton, extreme unhelpfulness and at one point insistence I set up a recurring payment for a weird third-party app chatting online) that I was looking for the fastest way to leave Virgin. Yanis was so helpful and gracious, so efficiently solved my problem, and went so far out of his way to clearly explain aspects of my contract that are not obvious on the customer side, I am now inclined to take another contract when my current one is up. From now on, I will be going to him directly should I need help with something.

  I had the pleasure of speaking to Yanis from this store and I have nothing but lovely things to say! Incredible customer care service, so patient and down to earth. I truly recommend coming here, they resolved my issues very quickly and they made sure I understood everything that was happening every step of the way. Good vibes as well!

  A terrible experience! I visited the store to get home internet. The first employee I spoke with was friendly, but the conversation lasted nearly an hour, and she seemed unfamiliar with the available offers. She incorrectly told me there would be a $150 installation fee unless I chose an Internet + TV package, which her colleague later confirmed was not true. I don't believe she gave me this incorrect information intentionally, but this level of confusion is still not acceptable, especially when customers rely on staff for accurate advice. When Yanis took over, he kept pushing me to choose Bell's mobility and home internet bundle, even after I clearly said I wanted Virgin Plus home internet because it better fit my needs and budget. Instead of respecting my decision, he started lecturing me about how I should make my life decisions and what "value" means, while criticizing Virgin Plus. When I finally said I was sticking with Virgin Plus, his attitude completely changed. He became rude, spoke to me disrespectfully, and even made sarcastic comments about my first and last name. This is not how customer service or sales should be handled. Give customers accurate information, respect their choices, and treat them with professionalism.
