  I had an outstanding experience at the Virgin Plus store in the Eaton Centre on Sainte-Catherine. Hiba provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the iPhone, answered all of my questions with patience, and made the whole process of getting my new iPhone 17 easy and enjoyable. What impressed me the most was her professionalism, honesty, and genuine willingness to help. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I chose the right phone for my needs. It's rare to meet someone who is both an expert and so friendly at the same time. Thank you, Hiba, for making this such a great experience. Virgin Plus is lucky to have you on their team. I highly recommend asking for Hiba if you visit this store!

  I had an excellent experience at the Virgin Mobile store in the Eaton Centre, Montreal, thanks to Theebihan. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient throughout my visit. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I found the best option for my needs without making me feel pressured. Theebihan went above and beyond to help, and his positive attitude made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s not often you come across customer service this outstanding.
