  I had a very frustrating experience at this Bell store. An employee named Mallak told me that she would provide me with a new phone and asked me to wait 20 minutes because the phone had already been ordered. However, after waiting for an entire hour, she suddenly told me that she couldn’t do anything. This was a complete waste of my time. If the phone wasn’t available or she couldn’t help me, she should have been honest from the beginning instead of making me wait for nothing. On top of that, her attitude was very rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this location. Save yourself the time and frustration and try another Bell store. Very poor customer service!

  I had a terrible experience with one of the staff members. She was acting to be busy and picking up pones calls instead of helping those in the store. She walks out with a old paper thats been folded many times and tries to sell it as if she wrote it just now. This employee was a female Bell employee, who constantly needed to confront her manager with the problems she had with management. This lady who was working beside the gentlemen on the floor with her should be investigated for stealing time. I would have fired her.
