  Be very careful when signing up for a plan at this Bell location and make sure you verify everything you are told directly with Bell. The employee there told me that adding Crave for about $11/month would actually make my overall plan cheaper because it would qualify me for a $30 discount. Based on what he told me, I agreed to add Crave. Afterward, I called Bell directly and was told that the $30 discount had nothing to do with Crave and that I could cancel Crave and still keep the discount. So I was essentially convinced to pay an extra $11/month for Crave based on information that Bell itself later told me was not true. I’m very disappointed because I relied on the employee to accurately explain the pricing and discounts before agreeing to the plan. I strongly recommend that anyone dealing with this location double-check every promotion, discount, and add-on directly with Bell before agreeing to anything, especially if you are told that adding a paid service will somehow make your bill cheaper. I'll be closing my account with Bell. Always be careful of scams.

  They gave me a plan and a set price, only for me to discover that I am billed a way higher price than what they gave me. I went back here multiple times and it has not been fixed. Choose a different provider!

  We had an excellent experience thanks to Mathieu and Adrita! They went above and beyond to help us and made sure everything went well with our plans and cell phones. Mathieu was incredibly attentive, patient, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of our questions with great care.
