  The Apple experience is engineered to be consistent, and this Apple Store delivers on all counts. The staff were efficient and helpful and I was in and out in under 10 minutes, needing to replace a shattered screen protector for an iPhone. Location on the high Street is typical Apple, and this is a midsize store. The staff were super friendly and French-Canadian, which confused me a little bit, but in all seriousness, kudos to the team on the service front👍🏼💪🏽

  After receiving my Apple Watch, I found the band wasn't long enough. On the third day, I went to the store to exchange it for a longer one, but the staff told me they were out of stock and I would have to wait two to four weeks. Yesterday, I went to the Apple Dix30 store, and the staff there told me I needed to bring the original packaging and that the exchange had to be done within two weeks. I’d like to know—which staff member was right?

  I want to take a moment to give a very special thank you to Nilly at the Apple Store on Sainte-Catherine. I had been dealing with an issue that I really needed help with, but because of my work schedule, I simply didn’t have the time to properly deal with it. I was worried that I would have to keep putting it off, but Nilly took the time to see me, listen to my situation, and genuinely address my needs. What meant the most to me was that she didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was just another customer. She was patient, understanding, and truly took the time to help me when I needed it. Her kindness and willingness to go out of her way made a much bigger difference to me than she probably realizes. I will honestly be grateful to Nilly for a very long time. Sometimes a simple act of kindness and taking the time to help someone can mean everything, and that is exactly what she did for me. Thank you, Nilly, for your patience, your kindness, and for taking the time to help me when I really needed it. Apple is incredibly lucky to have someone like you on their team. ❤️🍎

  Horrible customer service. My friend asked the “manager” about the new iPhone and he said they don’t have it. She asked another guy and they in fact did. The manager was very dismissive did not give me his name. And was simply just rude. I asked him for his name and he said he can’t give it to me. I had no option but to take a picture of him. If you see this representative in apple, make sure to run away from him. He will lie and be rude. He’s supposed to be their manager, but the rep was so scared of him and told me he’ll get in trouble for just giving me his name. Avoid him at all costs.

  Je prends un rendez-vous ce jour le 21 septembre 2026 je viens Express dans le centre-ville de Montréal pour faire une démonstration Visio avec écrit à l’appui. J’arrive, j’attends un quart d’heure une demi-heure pour au final me dire que ça va pas être possible aujourd’hui et qu’il faut que je repositionne un nouveau rendez-vous, je suis fortement déçu, je m’apprêtais à investir dans un Apple Visio qui coûte quand même relativement cher voilà donc si vous voulez faire des démonstrations concernant le Visio, et encore plus si vous avez l’intention d’en acheter un, je vous déconseille le centre-ville
