It's a good court, so keep that in mind. However, as far as food courts go, it's a phenomenal one. Went here with a friend and it allowed us to go off script and get completely different meals (Italian sub and ramen) then retreat to the adults only section where we could enjoy our meals unharrassed.
The cocktail I bought may just have been the best I had in Montreal this week. It was a delicious addition to my afternoon.
Super nice people great atmosphere so much diversity whatever you’re craving will be there good prices with big portions almost no wait time even when it’s super busy (also there’s always place to sit even when it’s packed which is great) loved it! Tried a bunch of things only got a pic of the Japanese curry with fried chicken tho lol
Amazing place with an incredible variety of food!We have visited Time Out Market Montreal several times now, and it never disappoints. The biggest plus is the unbelievable variety of food available—you can find absolutely everything here, from juicy meat dishes to great fast food.As someone who loves healthy eating, I was thrilled with how accommodating the staff is. I ordered a fresh salmon poke bowl and asked to completely remove the rice and mayo. The kitchen listened to all my preferences and made it exactly how I wanted. My daughter loves sushi, so she got the classic option—just rice with fresh fish on top. The fish was incredibly fresh! The service is super fast, and everything is delicious. To top it all off, they have amazing specialty coffee, excellent matcha, and delicious cookies for kids. We absolutely love this place and will definitely keep coming back!

Tonight I tried the grilled chicken thighs with salad at CAMPO. The chicken was absolutely delicious, flavorful and juicy. I had an option of choosing thighs or breast. The menu of this dish usually includes rice but I asked no rice. The lady was so friendly and just substituted rice with fresh salad for me. I plan to go back there again before I fly back to US! Highly recommend this place!
The moment you step into Time Out Market Montreal, located inside the Centre Eaton, your senses are instantly heightened. It is a curated, high-energy culinary playground that captures the very essence of the city’s vibrant food scene under one roof. The sprawling 40,000-square-foot space hums with a magnetic, urban energy, beautifully balancing the industrial chic of exposed ceilings with warm, sophisticated lighting.
While the sheer variety of world-class food stalls—ranging from gourmet burgers to artisanal pasta—is wildly impressive, the market is equally suited for a slower, more intimate experience. We skipped the heavy meals and instead gravitated toward the aromatic pull of the espresso bar for coffee and pastries.
Sitting down amidst the afternoon buzz felt like finding a cozy pocket inside a grand theater. The atmosphere is a captivating mix of fast-paced market culture and relaxed social lounge. Around us, professionals on laptop breaks coexisted with groups of friends sharing laughs over cocktails. The ambient noise of clinking glasses, sizzling kitchens, and upbeat music created a lively, rhythmic soundtrack that never felt overwhelming.
Sipping our perfectly extracted lattes and enjoying a flaky, expertly crafted pastry allowed us to truly people-watch and absorb the vibe. It is rare for a food hall to feel both massive and deeply communal, but Time Out Market pulls it off flawlessly. Whether you are embarking on a multi-course tasting journey or simply pausing for a midday caffeine fix, the sophisticated yet welcoming spirit of the space makes it an absolute must-visit in downtown Montreal.
