  Horrible, dismissive, and lazy management staff. Living here was a non-stop frustration because the office staff simply chooses not to do their jobs. Building issues are ignored, and package theft is a regular problem that they brush off. When we transferred our lease, they completely ignored our questions and were too lazy to handle the accounting themselves—forcing us to process rent refunds directly with the incoming tenant instead. To make matters worse, they tried to charge uncollected fees months after everything was finalized. Save yourself the stress and avoid Centurion.

  They do not care about the building or the residents. Packages are routinely stolen from the lobby, and the office completely ignores it. On top of constant building maintenance issues, the staff refuses to do basic administrative work. During our move-out, they ignored multiple emails asking for information, avoided their responsibilities by forcing us to handle rent refunds directly with the new tenant, and then popped up months later demanding uncollected fees. Unprofessional, dismissive, and horrible customer service. Rent elsewhere.

  Je suis resté ici 1 an et en 1 an il y a eu environ 6 coupures d'eau. Si vous avez des travaux à faire coordonner les pour les faire toutes en même temps. La dernière fois dégât d'eau suite aux travaux. Suite à ca aujourd'hui 12 juillet un dimanche matin travaux extrêmement bruyant sans aviser les locataires que cela allait arriver. Si j'avais su je me serais arrangé pour ne pas être dans mon logement. Vraiment une mauvaise organisation. Vous devriez offrir une compensation financière aux locataires ca n'a aucun sens.

  WORST FIRST IMPRESSION. It is truly disappointing and unacceptable that a scheduled property visit was cancelled just one hour before the appointment. Such poor coordination reflects a lack of professionalism and respect for potential clients' time. This experience raises serious concerns about your management practices and the level of service you provide to both prospective clients and current tenants. If this is how you treat people before they become tenants, it does not inspire confidence in how they would be treated afterward. I strongly encourage you to improve your communication, planning, and customer service standards. Professionalism, reliability, and respect for clients' time should be basic expectations, not exceptions.

  No water for 2 days is a norm in this building. Whenever they try to do something another thing breaks and the pipeline leaks or something. They must be hiring the cheapest possible plumbers.
