  Centurion is not a good company. Very shady and refuses to answer or help with lease renewals. Bad management under Nicolas Racicot.

  I’ve been living in this building for a while and there are both positives and negatives. The biggest issue is that the rent increases every year, which makes it harder to stay long-term. The electricity costs are also surprisingly high compared to similar buildings. Another downside is the noise — it can get quite loud at times — and the overall cleanliness of the common areas is only average. On the positive side, maintenance requests inside the apartment are handled quickly. Whenever something breaks, it usually gets fixed without much delay. Also, the building manager, Saleh, does a very good job and is helpful and responsive. Overall, there are some good aspects, but the rising rent, high electricity costs, and noise are things to consider before moving here.

  This is the best management I have came in contact for all the experience I had living as a tenant, my special gratitude goes to one person called ASHLEY she is just amazing she was extremely helpful for the very day I had a tour of the apartment, very professional and always willing to help when called upon,I just hope the good work she is doing behind the scenes gets to be recognized by the management She made Montefiore feel like home to me thank you very much Ashley
