  J'ai été locataire au 3280 boul. Cavendish pendant 1 an et je peux dire que Hicham et Ashley ont vraiment contribué de façon positive à mon expérience dans cette établissement. Ils sont très proactifs, respectueux et aidants. Ils m'ont grandement aider lors de ma transition dans l'établissement et à ma sorti. Je vous remercie encore et continué votre beau travail :)

  I moved to this apartment recently and Ashley who did the lease transfer made this process easier.

  In this area, the parking problem is incredibly severe to the point where drivers often don't care about potential parking fines and simply park on the streets. The situation in our building is even worse, and it's the primary reason for tenant complaints, especially since the public parking in front of the building has been repurposed. So, what have the building managers done to solve this problem? They've simply doubled the parking fee inside the building overnight! They've maximized their exploitation of the tenants' problems. Without a doubt, I'll be leaving this building.
