Travelling and needed new phone. I was only person in store. Asked them to help transfer data from old phone to new. Told me best to go to store down the mall, only $10. Was actually $45. They obviously just didnt want to bother helping customer. Should have read other reviews first.

I had a really great experience at this store. The place is clean, well-organized, and nicely designed. What really made my visit stand out was Akram, he was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. He really knows his stuff and took the time to answer all my questions honestly. Great customer service overall!

Worst shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. I wanted to buy the pixel buds pro2 as shown on the picture. I get told it’s 320$ instead of the price shown so I ask that their policy (shown in the second picture, it was right on the cash counter, in full view..) be respected, or at least that the price on display gets respected. They refused and told me that the manager doesn’t want to come over to fix the situation. Not sure what game they’re playing but they can play it on their own.
