  The worst best buy centre that one can imagine. I just wanted an Iphone case; I asked the sales person to give me one and they said they don’t have the model I want, and when I said I saw it in the shelf, both of the sales persons told me that they have client and after finishing up with them they get to me. I stayed about 10 more minutes and asked again, the same response… I just needed someone to give me the case I chose from the shelf. So disappointing.

  Travelling and needed new phone. I was only person in store. Asked them to help transfer data from old phone to new. Told me best to go to store down the mall, only $10. Was actually $45. They obviously just didnt want to bother helping customer. Should have read other reviews first.

  I had a really great experience at this store. The place is clean, well-organized, and nicely designed. What really made my visit stand out was Akram, he was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. He really knows his stuff and took the time to answer all my questions honestly. Great customer service overall!
