  Réfléchissez bien avant de vous présenter a cette place ce sont des gens qui vendent juste des balivernes et mensonges ils traitent les gens avec un manque se respect inouï je me présente pour un échange dont on m a confirmer que j ai le droit de le faire ce sont des écouteur a 100 $ qui ne fonctionnent pas et ils n ont pas accepté pourtant pas de restriction sur leur facture allez ailleurs car ce sont des menteurs en plus je comprend pourquoi ́leur magasin est tjs vode

  So the thing was, 24 phones i purchased on December 2025. And based on that we have agreed that i will get credit for 700$ and after that i ordered phone on those credit but they were not able to refund me my credit so i returned the phone by paying 100$ out of my pocket. Now the employee with whom i did the deal, he got fired idk the reason. And the manager is telling me that i will not give any one dollar. I said give me credit for what i paid only 100$ not the total credit which was 825$. He is not even ready to give me 1$. He told me to ask to that fired employee to give, i dont know now what to do. The employee will not give this amount is for sure. Worst experience ever in my life. I never had this much bad experience.

  J'ai passé ce magasin aujourd'hui le 29 avril 2026 à 13h30. Les membres de l'équipe ont réglé un problème de prix que je ne pouvais pas régler après 6 appels au Best Buy Canada, et ce en 15 minutes. Vraiment satisfait du service.
