I purchased a $4,000 Samsung TV from Best Buy, and after only 40 days the screen started malfunctioning. A television at this price should last for years, not barely over a month.
What disappointed me the most was Best Buy's lack of support. When a premium product fails almost immediately after purchase, customers expect a replacement or a meaningful solution. Instead, I was left dealing with a repair process for what is essentially a brand-new TV.
I have been a loyal customer who trusted both Best Buy and Samsung, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating. Spending thousands of dollars on a high-end product should come with better customer service and stronger support when something goes wrong.
This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in Best Buy, and I will think twice before making another major purchase there. Very disappointing.

Zero will to actually sell stuff to customers. There's only one person there and they don't care about acknowledging anybody. You'll be waiting forever
