My dad brought his "$40 32 TB SSD" from Alibaba then went to this Best Buy to prove me wrong that it was legit. The employee was stunned and asked what brand it was/ to look it up afterwards. Now my dad is convinced he bought leaked next-gen technology from a secret Chinese factory instead of an obvious scam. Bc like a 32T ssd should cost around $10k and the thing ways like 10g. If sobody else comes in with new secrets next gen-tech, can you plz train you employees to be more doubtful.
Great service by Tommy. If you need appliances and appliance installation go to the 2nd floor and ask for Tommy. He gives you the best prices, he is very kind, and provides a great customer service, following up and always available when you have questions.

This location doesn’t have a customer service problem - it has a leadership problem.
This might be my first negative review, and I actually love Best Buy as a company. I’ve spent a disturbing amount of money there over the years and have almost always had great experiences. This review is about this location specifically.
I’ve now been here three separate times, and every visit has been the same. There are often more employees than customers, yet getting help feels almost impossible. Staff members are standing around in groups chatting or looking at their phones while customers are left wandering the aisles trying to get someone’s attention. Basic acknowledgment seems to be too much to ask.
And when you finally do get assistance, the attitude is often dismissive and rude, as though you’re inconveniencing them by asking for help. I’ve never felt so unwelcome.
After three experiences like this, it’s clear this isn’t an off day or a bad employee, it’s a management problem. When the majority of the staff consistently provides poor customer service and treats customers like they’re beneath them, something is seriously wrong with the culture being allowed to exist at this location.
I will continue shopping at Best Buy, but I won’t be returning to this store.
