- MBMJ BrunetJun 28, 20261.0Worst 2h with waste of time with 2 incompetents serving me. I am a member of virgin mobile for many years and wanted to buy an Apple Watch for my 12 yo son. After configuring the watch they told me that it was not possible with a virgin account to attribute a phone number to the Apple Watch, and forced me to do business with bell and create a new account. I told them were flying to the moon and they cannot connect the watch to the new phone number and they said : sometimes it’s like that we have bugs. So I called virgin and the sales rep took 8 min with me. and an Apple Watch is on the way in 2 days for half the price: Thank you! Dont trust those guys they are inexperienced and will not work with you but for bell and money only. They know nothing I asked easy questions and the guy was asking chat gpt 😝😅 A joke -
