  My family and I have been coming to this Best Western for 3 years now and each year has been amazing. The rooms were always clean and very comfortable to stay in. The service has been wonderful. Even if you cannot speak French. The people are accommodating and the majority also speak English. The breakfast has always been wonderful. Each day is different with what they serve. I. E. Scrambled Eggs and bacon are served Mondays. Cheese and western omelettes along with breakfast sausages are served Tuesdays etc. the food is always fresh. Especially the bagels and croissants. The location is very decent. You would be 10 minutes away from most attractions around Laval. Montreal would be roughly half hour to make it to. Overall, my family and I have fantastic experiences at this Best Western and will continue to come to this location. Keep up the great work, everyone.

  Les chambre son tres tres propre avec un lit super confortable. Déjeuner inclus yon salle de gym et service de chambre. Je adore le choix de savon et creme ! 1 picine asser grand et cest propre aussi.les spa son cool .sur plusieur etage , on a trouver une bar lounge , y offrer un endroit tres calm avec 2 ordinaire au besoin ! Le deco cest bien reussi avec tout les plante autour . Vraiment confo! Super service! I highly recommend !100!

  Je ne dormirai plus là. L'hôtel a une grande pièce centrale avec beaucoup d'écho sur laquelle une bonne partie des chambres donne. Dans cette pièce se trouve la piscine et l'espace de déjeuner, donc ça circule et ça parle beaucoup. Résultat: les chambres sont mal insonorisés et vous entendez tous les sons à partir de votre chambre. On a entendu, dans notre chambre, des enfants crier tout au long de notre séjour, et je ne blâme pas les enfants, mais la façon dont l'hôtel est structurée. Cependant, le lit était confortable, le déjeuner était bien et la chambre était propre, quoiqu'humide. Mais nous avons été réveillés tôt par le bruit.

  We stayed here for 3 nights and it was one of the worst stays. Toilet flush was not working for 2 days and didn’t change our room as well. On top of that, the housekeeping didn’t come even a single day after explicitly asking them to clean our room. Please stay away from this hotel. Hope this helps

  A great hotel, renovated, clean rooms, the La Coupe shampoo smells great. I have to say that front desk staff are very professional, friendly and polite. They supported with every request. Breakfast was basic and needs some work but other than that everything else was great including room AC, mattress, pillows, washroom.. Maybe add a towel rack + grab bar inside the tub to prevent slipping. Great work.
