  I recently visited the Bell Store in Laval to obtain a new cell and plan and received excellent customer service from Maude. She was patient and very knowledgeable and so helpful. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs assistance in future.

  I had a great experience at the Bell Boutique on Saint-Martin in Laval, to renew cell phones and home services. A special thank you to Jesse, who provided outstanding service from start to finish. She was pleasant to work with, always available, knowledgeable, professional, patient and truly went above and beyond. She took the time to clearly explain all the options, made sure everything was set up properly, and answered all our questions. The whole process was smooth and stress-free.
