  I had an excellent experience with Gabriel at the Bell store. He was professional, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my needs and found the best deal for my situation instead of simply recommending the most expensive option. I really appreciated his honesty and expertise. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely puts the customer’s interests first. Highly recommend asking for Gabriel if you visit this store!

  My experience at Bell Saint Dorothe was,,,in one word,,,Excellent!!! Gabriel went above and beyond to help me setting up my new phone. The screen on my old phone was partially blacked out and Gabriel navigated my old phone to help me transfer to my new phone, like a professional. Sam also,,,professionally helped and explained everything clearly and efficiently when going over the contracts. Both of them stayed after closing to help me finish up my back up and transfers to my new phone. I highly recommend going and seeing them, you will be treated with exceptional service.   Je modifie mon avis. Je me suis présenté à la boutique pour régler une situation en lien avec l'activation des services de télé-divertissement dans mon compte. J'ai compris après les explications des représentants Bell dans la boutique qu'il s'agit d'un malentendu et ils m'ont aidé en appelant le service à la clientèle Bell. Je les remercie pour leur compréhension et leur aide.

  I can’t even beginning to explain the exceptional service my father and I received from Yann. The kindest, most empathetic , most helpful person I have ever met. He started off with bringing a chair for my dad to sit. Then did everything in his power to help us. My dad had the language setup in a different language other than English or French and Yann helped by googling, trying different ways to find a solution. He was just phenomenal. I haven’t seen this type of caring service with such a personal touch in a long time. Yann is my to go person from now on
