When we visited the store to return our old phones and get help troubleshooting some download issues, we watched him perform what can only be described as a masterclass in multitasking.Gabriel was single-handedly managing about four different customers at once, answering everyone's questions flawlessly without missing a beat—all while actively training a new employee behind the counter. It was honestly amazing to watch.His enthusiasm, professionalism, humor, and vibrant energy made the whole process effortless and genuinely enjoyable. Gabriel is the absolute bomb! He solved all of our technical issues with a smile and a great attitude.If you are visiting this location, I highly, highly recommend asking for Gabriel. Employees this dedicated and talented are rare, and Bell is incredibly lucky to have him!
