  Don't ever go there. Not helpful at all. I went there simply wanting to replace my elderly mother's flip phone and they said I would have to buy a new plan. My mother has a great plan currently and the new one would have cost more. They brushed me off telling me to call customer service. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

  You need good service? Shop at Virgin Mobile kiosk they will do everything to please the customer. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go to that kiosk ! Thanks especially to Christian ! He helped me a lot. I would recommend you to go to him !

  I had such a great experience thanks to Mayah. From the moment I walked in, she was super welcoming, patient, and really took the time to understand what I needed. She helped me get a new phone and explained everything clearly without making it feel overwhelming. Her customer service is honestly one of the best I’ve experienced. She’s professional, kind, and genuinely cares about helping her clients find the best option. You can tell she really enjoys what she does.

  Je tiens à partager mon excellente expérience avec Virgin Plus 🤍 Un grand merci à Samy (gestionnaire) et à Mayah ( employée) pour leur service exceptionnel. Ils ont été vraiment gentils, professionnels et surtout très patients. Ils ont pris le temps de tout m’expliquer clairement et de bien me conseiller selon mes besoins. J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié l’accueil et la qualité du service en général. On se sent vraiment bien accompagné du début à la fin. Je recommande fortement cette équipe à toute personne qui cherche un service fiable et attentionné. Merci encore à vous deux pour votre aide !

  Elmer Anpiqueira gave myself and my husband top notch service today! It was end of our contract for both of our cell phones. We came to Angrignon Mall to get new phones with our Telus provider... my husband said lets shop around... we stopped off at the Bell kiosk... and Elmer was personable, informative and just a down to earth great guy! My husband decided to go with Bell just because of Elmer! Thank you Elmer, we will continue to use Bell and tell our family and friends about you as well!
