  mon expérience au service clientèle était très négative, la fille qui m’a aidé n’a pas résolu mon problème parce que elle a continué à faire exactement ce que je lui ai montré au lieu d’essayer quelque chose de nouveau. Je considère très fortement de ne pas aller ici si vous avez des problèmes de téléphone ou d’Internet C’est mieux de juste aller avec une autre service

  Christian was such a blessing for me today. He was patient and exactly helped me how i wanted to get helped at the store. I lost my ph num and waited for 4 months to get it back and he was the only person that helped me get it back.

  had an excellent experience at the Bell store in LaSalle. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained my options clearly, and made sure I left with the solution that was best for me, not just the quickest sale. It’s rare to receive customer service that feels this personal and caring. Thank you to the whole team for making what could have been a stressful experience so easy and pleasant. Highly recommend this location!
