    Une souris qui se promène dans le restaurant. J'en parle au serveur et la solution est de fermer les lumières. Ciao je suis partie !

    My guest and I went to the St-Hubert in Kirkland for lunch today (Friday).Hostess seated us at a table in the bar. I only noticed 2 tables with customers in the entire restaurant. While we waited at a table for service the barmaid/waitress spoke to another employee and completely ignored us. After talking they both just left the bar area without even acknowledging our presence. After 20 minutes with no service at all we simply left to go eat elsewhere. i spoke to the manager on the way out who didn't even try to explain the lack of service. She offered us a gift card for next time we eat there. I refused it!. Terrible experience! Gerald

    It’s close to my house, but that’s about it. Bar service and food is always good ( shows the servers care and pay attention) , but we mainly do take out. With take out they know, you likely won’t be able to do much. Counter staff do a great job, but kitchen clearly doesn’t care. Fries are never cooked(despite asking for well done and it’s on the order ) and food is always slapped together. Lettuce if often translucent and bacon is raw. Today it was the lobster roll, what a joke. We know it’s a chicken place, but we have had it at other locations and it’s good, but definitely not at this location. It looks nothing like the promo pic, total rip off. Strongly suggest you do not order anything lobster. Looking forward for Astro Chicken coming soon to St Charles ( I often drive to Sources for Au Coq ). Wish we had a Bennys in the area. How many bad reviews are needed before St Hub Corp take action with this Franchisee? Kitchen staff need to get their act together with take out.

    We went late afternoon on a Sunday. The waitstaff was almost nonexistent. Our waitress didn’t seem to be having a good day. Food was okay.

    We recently came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The food was okay, nothing memorable for the price point. We asked about a birthday cake and were surprised that it was charged rather than offered as a small gesture, but that wasn’t the main issue. The seating was very uncomfortable for a group of six. The table was extremely tight, and we barely fit. It felt like the space was designed for much smaller groups, and it made the entire meal less enjoyable. What really stood out was the service at the end. On a $300 bill, our group left a $10 tip, and the server told us that the “minimum” tip should be $36. This made everyone uncomfortable and felt inappropriate. Tipping is discretionary, and we’ve never experienced being told what we “should” leave. Overall, the experience felt awkward and left a negative impression despite the occasion.
