From the very beginning, it was clear that he possessed a deep knowledge of the products and services he was representing, but what truly set him apart was his genuine commitment to putting the customer first. Rather than attempting to push unnecessary upgrades or upsell options, Khaled took the time to carefully listen to my needs, understand my expectations, and guide me toward the solution that was truly in my best interest. His professionalism, patience, and attention to detail were remarkable. Every question I had was answered clearly and confidently, and I never once felt rushed or pressured.   Bonjour à vous qui cherchez les meilleurs tarifs. Je tiens à remercier Coltrane qui a fait plus que nous vendre un forfait de deux téléphones iPhone 16. Patient, il nous a expliqué et guidé dans nos choix en étant 100% à l’écoute de clients dépassés par la technologie actuelle. Nous sommes très contents de changer pour Bell. Le kiosque Virgin Bell aux Promenades de Gatineau vaut le détour !!!! Merci Coltrane pour les extras!!!
