My wife, daughters and I have been eating (in-house or takeout) at this location from the early 80s. 100+ meals at least.
Throughout the year, tantalizing new menu options are mixed with their oldies but goodies — food quality has been consistently good! Service and atmosphere makes for great get-togethers!

Today’s take-out counter service was a fine example of why we love this location. Commendable customer-care and food quality.
Kudos again to ‘LUMENA 132’ for exceptional customer service today during the lunch hour. Commendable interpersonal skills, dedication to customer care, efficiency and attention to detail. BRAVO!
Side Note: Brian Mulroney was Canada's Prime Minister in 1989. I recall my family dining at the restaurant with Brian Mulroney and his family sitting at another table nearby. They lived nearby at 24 Sussex Drive, the official residence of the Prime Minister of Canada, located in the New Edinburgh neighbourhood of Ottawa, Ontario. I think that it might have been the night before the Federal deficit reduction & spending budget was scheduled to be presented the next day. I teasingly suggested quietly to my wife that if the Prime Minister of Canada and his family is eating with us at St. Hubert tonight—it doesn’t bode well for tomorrow’s Federal budget . HeHe

La nourriture a toujours été bonne, mais malheureusement le service lors de mes dernières visites a été très décevant. Je viens souvent en groupe le midi avec des collègues et, malgré que le restaurant soit plutôt calme à cette heure, il y a eu des erreurs dans mes commandes au fil des visites.
Aujourd’hui, j’avais expliqué très clairement certaines demandes importantes liées à des restrictions alimentaires (surtout pour la sauce à part), mais le plat a été servi selon la version régulière plutôt qu’avec les modifications demandées. Vue que j’aime pas retourner les assiettes ni gaspiller la nourriture, j’ai simplement fait avec, mais c’était très frustrant.
Je comprends que des erreurs peuvent arriver, mais après plusieurs visites avec les mêmes problèmes de service, je pense qu’il y aurait place à une meilleure attention aux commandes et à la communication.
