  Yesterday evening, I was reading an article on my web browser when a box popped up saying my device needed an urgent "security update." Within seconds, my screen was completely taken over by aggressive, filthy, explicit pop-ups and full-screen notifications every ten seconds. I tried turning the phone off and on again, but every time I unlock it, these obscene images and loud siren sounds start blaring right out of the speaker. I went into my mobile carrier's store, Instead of offering basic technical support, the staff immediately washed their hands of the entire issue. The representative dismissively told me that they "only handle billing and network connectivity" and that removing malware or browser notifications wasn't their job. I have paid my monthly bill on time for years, expecting decent service when something goes wrong with my device. To be turned away and left to figure out an explicit security hijack completely on my own is unacceptable. They are more than happy to take your money every month, but the second you need actual help, their customer service is non-existent.

Hier, mon amie et moi avons reçu un excellent service à la boutique Bell aux Promenades de Gatineau. Mon amie rencontrait des problèmes sérieux avec son nouveau téléphone cellulaire à cause d'un compte Apple iCloud mal configuré, initialement causé par une autre entreprise. Elle a apporté son téléphone au magasin Bell où elle l'a acheté. Mon amie a non seulement bénéficié d’un excellent service lors de l’achat de son téléphone, mais aussi d’un excellent service après-vente. L’employée en question s’appelle Arianne Bergevin. Arianne a réussi à régler le problème de son compte iCloud en peu de temps. Cet employé aime son emploi, et cela se voit dans la qualité de ses services. Elle aurait pu facilement nous dire que ce n’était pas son problème et nous référer à Apple, mais non, avec son expertise et sa détermination, elle a réglé le problème de configuration en peu de temps ! Nous avons également mentionné cela à son gérant. Grâce à elle, aucune donnée n’a été perdue et mon amie est partie très satisfaite. Merci, Arianne!
