  Went it for new phones for my wife, mother in law and father in law. The also managed to save is over $40/ month each, on both the new cell phones and our home bell services through the ssrvice plan offered by this franchise. Thanks to our representative Tawa for the very clear explanations and time taken to help us.

  My experience with this Bell boutique was absolutely terrible and demonstrated a complete lack of customer service. On June 23rd, 2026, after spending more than two hours on two separate calls with Bell Canada technical support trying to resolve an issue with my modem, I was instructed to visit this location to pick up a replacement modem. I then drove more than 45 minutes to get there, only to discover that they had no replacement modems in stock. While I understand that inventory shortages can happen, what happened next was completely unacceptable. I politely asked the employee if he could help me locate another Bell location that might have the modem I needed. Before he could assist, the manager came out and informed me that his employee did not have time to make phone calls on my behalf. This was particularly shocking given that there was not a single other customer in the store at the time. Let that sink in…there was nobody else in the shop and they did not have the time to help me. The manager then attempted to justify his refusal by claiming that other Bell boutiques generally do not answer their phones and that he could not have his staff spending time calling around. Rather than offering any meaningful assistance, I was essentially told that finding a solution was my problem. In the end, I had to locate another location myself, approximately 18 kilometres away. Staff at that location were actually helpful and explained that the Des Sources location is a franchise operation rather than a corporate Bell store. That certainly helped explain the dramatic difference in customer service. The lesson I learned is simple: whenever possible, deal with a corporate Bell store. Based on this experience, I have no intention of ever doing business with this franchise location again. If customer service, professionalism, and basic courtesy matter to you, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

  Went to an esim reinstall on a reset phone which bell support could not perform on the phone and give me this location and they are charging $60 as service fee because they are a franchised location. Bell need to get their info straight.
