  Terrible service and I feel like a full scam, they will show you in their phone the disount and savings but they will add additional services that you can not cancel. For an example they told me I can have the internet for $50 if I get a phone and they added the TV bundle which takes it up to $75. Check everything before accepting and ask them to show it in the system before accepting. Terrible Terrible service.

  The fact that I’m giving this a 2 star after my experience is solely based off of the fact that the workers were polite…… So I go into trade in my old phone for a new one because my contract was up. The workers were very accommodating and friendly. They helped me get a good deal and were very attentive. Because I needed to return the phone that day I asked if they could transfer all my files / photos / contacts etc into the new phone. The workers right away said absolutely and they would do it for me and to come back in an hour as it took some time. I come back an hour later and the worker tells me it’s all been done and thanked me for being a loyal customer. When I leave bell I realize that my background is different, and that my homepage is all different. I go to send a text to my buddy and all my contacts (minus 10 random names) were all gone….. all my personal files are gone…. My photos got transferred but that was it. When I went back later on that day as I didn’t want to come in being angry the manager was not there and I was told he would reach out to me the following day. ( this is day 4 and still no accountability or call from them). The original phone was put back to factory settings before I got to check. Not impressed bell…… but they were polite right? **update! A week and a half later, still no response from manager…… **

  J’ai acheté un abonnement Bell en magasin et j’ai reçu un excellent service de la part de Salah. Il a été très professionnel, accueillant et a pris le temps de bien m’expliquer toutes les options. Une excellente expérience du début à la fin. Merci Salah ! Je le recommande sans hésitation.
