  Top notch service. Natalie was very helpful and worked hard to put my aging mom at ease and set her up for the phone she needed. Her customer care was second to none.

  Phenomenal experience the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and patient! Micah answered all my questions and concerns and had me leaving the store happier than I came in. 10/10 would easily recommend anyone to stop by for the tech needs

  The past two visits were the best experiences I've ever had with Best Buy. It was the same amazing employeee both times. No complicated tech-bro talk. No overselling. No talking too much at me or over me. Just straight forward service. Natalie listened intently and responded efficiently. I got exactly what i went in for on both occasions and for a far better price than I anticipated i would have to pay. Thank you Natalie!

  It was an absolute positive experience for me going through a phone purchase in Best Buy Express with Natalie. I had lots of doubts I need to clear before buying this phone and she is so sweet and took her time to answer all of them. She asked me lots of important questions too, most that I don’t think of myself, for example like it will be only E-sim for device. I wish we would have more people that will have such professionalism and positive attitude like Natalie on the island. Thank you so much, Natalie it was supposed to be stressful purchase but you made my day!
