  I was dealing with multiple issues with my mobile and internet provider and went in to see Natalie to discuss options. Came out with a much better phone plan for less money than I was paying the other provider. Shes very transparent about any fees involved. Definitely recommend

  Had lost my phone and needed a replacement ASAP. Natalie was quick and incredible to hook me up with all my needs and some amazing deals. Walked in stressed and walked out settled and well taken care of! Would highly recommend stopping in and doing business with this team.

  We have had several experiences at Best Buy Express and every single time that we were able to deal with Natalie B, we were extremely satisfied! I'm not going to say anything negative about other employees but I will say that the only time I've been this happy is dealing with Natalie B. She is super knowledgeable, super fast, super everything! She is also there to give you the best possible experience she can. If there's a deal to be had or any hidden information to find out, she will get it for you or find it for you. I can't say enough about Natalie B. My spouse and I went there to get new phones and new plans and we had an idea in mind of what we were looking for and Natalie helped us find it and we left 100% satisfied. I will continue to shop at Best Buy Express as long as Natalie B is still working there!
