We had a very large group. Breanne and her ladies who waited on our table were absolutely amazing. They were so nice and very friendly. We had three elderly folks with Alzheimers with us. They treated them with kindness and respect. Couldn't have asked for better. Thank you so much everyone.
Sarah P. made the evening smooth and easy for us. We were 14 people and not well organized on our own. Sarah P. kept our group on track and even got us out early enough to catch the rest of the Jays game with the group at home. Also, shout out to the M.O.D. who stopped by and tried to help us right the wrong that corporate had enforced on the tvs during the world cup. Great job folks. Thank you.

East Side Mario’s Woodstock is one of our go-to restaurants because they never disappoint! The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious, and the quality is consistently great every time we visit. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seem happy to be there, which makes the experience even better.
Today, we were served by Sarah P., who was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Experiences like this are why we keep coming back.

What an amazing experience at East Side Mario’s Woodstock! Liz was an incredible server who genuinely seemed to enjoy her work. She was warm, friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The entire staff was fantastic, and our food arrived quickly and was incredible.
This was a refreshing change from our experiences at the London South location. Unfortunately, the food and service there have been consistently disappointing, to the point that we had stopped going to East Side Mario’s altogether. The Woodstock location completely changed our perspective. The difference was night and day.
Outstanding service, great food, and a wonderful atmosphere. Woodstock East Side Mario’s has definitely earned our business again. Well done!

Thank you Sara (server). Your bubbly, young, fresh personality made my eating experience exceptionally welcoming
I’m going to take this opportunity to discuss tipping. It’s a hot subject on FB and it’s time “old pros” like myself step in and provide valuable feedback regarding the etiquette of tipping
I’m a 15 yr veteran having worked in bars and restaurants earning 6$ an hour back in the 80s and 90s and my pay was an 1/8th of my overall income.
How did I “earn” my tips? I washed the table BEFORE the client sat down. Made sure the floor and chair was free of food and properly tucked under the bar. Yes straightened the bar after every client
Asked in the middle of the meal if everything was ok. Passed frequently so they were able to flag me down. Brought more napkins because one is not enough and wiped under their glass the rings from glass sweat DURING THE MEAL. Smiled a lot. Made sure my hair was pulled back and not flailing in the ice or drinks or food. We lose hair ladies. It’s a fact. I always watched my clients from the corner of my eye. Made sure salt and pepper and other condiments were available. Made one more stop during the meal to ask where they are from, traveling? Local? On business? Or just passing through? Not everyone can “ stay home” if they can’t provide a tip.
All in all my experience was above average. I really liked my server Sara and Jenn the manager, who seated me instantly during a 7 pm Saturday night rush.
I’m providing feedback because of the recent aggressive demand to tip the waitress at restaurants. . I believe it’s time the restaurant industry relearn the do’s and don’ts in tipping culture. Tipping etiquette has not changed despite recent comments online.
Thank you Sara. Will go back when I’m back in town.
FYI
I did see the milk sit on the counter for the duration of my meal. It was not returned to the fridge after use.
