  I had a great week at Best Western. The rooms were clean and organized. But I was especially impressed by the customer service of the staff. They helped navigate me through the system with patience and kindness, despite unexpected setbacks outside of their control. Everyone I met was supportive and helpful, however I'd like to give a special thanks to Amanda, Janka, and Jane for their great customer service

  I was charged twice for our hotel room. Once checking in and checking out. Called 5 times ....excuse after excuse. Haven't talked to one manager yet. My bank verified that best western charged my visa twice. No phone call back. Waiting to hear back and it's been two weeks. Will never stay there again. Still waiting for a resolution to get my money back.

  Great landscaping, right off the 401, very clean, better than average breakfast, 1km from the hospital, close to downtown and oldtown. The price was a bit high given that the hotel was very empty. It could also use more tables in the breakfast area and the carpeting could use a more modern design. Netflix is only available if you have an account. Would have preferred an electric kettle rather than a K-Cup machine. Was very satisfied.
