Chose a phone online, activated order,, got a message that a mobile advisor will contact you in an hour or 2, never got a call. I called the store, they said they can not help me, activated order again online, and never received a call. I called again and they said they can not help me and I have to go to the store. So disappointed. I think they should remove an online sjopping option if we need to visit if we need to go to the store in-person. Wasted my time.
Went there today to purchase a fridge. After deciding on the one we wanted we waited for someone to help us . We waited 15 minutes in the department eventually found a woman who over her headset, asked for someone to come over which no one ever did. Tons of employees, walking around some with coffees in their hands and not one could offer any assistance. Ended up walking out, not making a purchase.
Horrible policies and procedures. I ordered a phone to the store that FedEx eventually lost. It never made it to the store. And I'm told there's nothing anyone can do. When I call customer service they tell me to go to the store, when I go to the store they tell me to call customer service... Nobody has any authority to make decisions.
Update: I followed the owners instructions hoping it was true that they wanted to make things right. I contacted the customer support link they left in the response to my review. Only to be told by the representative that I would have to visit the store in order for things to be dealt with.
Is the owner playing some sort of joke?

I would like to recognize the outstanding service provided by Brandon, Alicia, and Tina at Best Buy Walker Road Windsor
My family and I visited the store close to closing time, and despite the late hour, these three associates went above and beyond to help us complete our purchase. What impressed us most was their professionalism, patience, and positive attitude throughout the entire process.
Even though the store was closing, they never made us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing them. They took the time to answer all of our questions, ensure we understood our options, and helped us make the right decisions with our purchase. Their dedication to customer service was truly exceptional.
It is rare to encounter a team so committed to providing a great customer experience, especially at the end of a long workday. Brandon, Alicia, and Tina demonstrated outstanding teamwork, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers.
Thank you for making our shopping experience such a positive one. Best Buy is fortunate to have employees like Brandon, Alicia, and Tina representing the company. We will definitely be returning and recommending this store to family and friends.

To Ethan, Deep, Sandra, and Ave.
Before today, I thought I knew what good customer service was. Today, you showed me exceptional customer service. Ethan informed me after I had purchased my laptop that I could sign up for a monthly payment for my laptop (which I'm writing on now) in which I would save the substantial up front cost AND get a protection plan wrapped into a neat monthly payment allowing me to better handle my finances and use the now large lump sum refund for a trip for my wife and I.
Despite my phone plan not working out (that was on me) Sandra was knowledgeable, polite, and explained every step of the way how to get my plan set up.
Deep was exceptional in explaining how to set up financing for my laptop and how to utilize my now new Geeksquad services to protect my laptop from possible problems - As a cat owner four times over, those kind of problems come up OFTEN.
And lastly, Ave-The supporting element in the equation that makes the sauce have that zip. Your team is exceptional and you have trained them well!
As an ex employee of Best Buy (geek squad) this had shown me the leaps and bounds of improvements from when I was an employee.
