  I came in today looking for a new phone and a phone plan and honestly can’t enough good things about Fares, Sandra, and Lauren! Finding a new phone plan can sometimes feel overwhelming, but they made the entire process not just easy, but genuinely enjoyable. Their attentiveness was incredible and they listened carefully to what I was looking for, answered all my questions with patience, and guided me through the options without any pressure. Thanks to their fantastic help, I walked out feeling happy with not only a new phone plan and the exact phone I wanted!

  No interest in returning here. Went into the computer area. I was wandering around trying to find what I needed. 4 employees standing in their little social circle with no interest in offering help. it's be fun to go to work and get paid to socialize. Staples it is!

  Customer service is non existant. Need to call a 1-888 number instead of local store. AI answers and drives you nuts. Finally press 0 and wait 5 minutes for a live person.. has a very heavy accent with a very poor phone conection. Can barely understand. Then needs to transfer me to the correct department. Wait and wait and wait . finally hang up. They call me back and say they are transfering me now - back to the music for another 10 minutes. Same person comes on - the connection is even worse. I can barely make out what she is saying. she gives me a number to call and tells me they will help me. Called this new number which was a wrong number. Half hour of my life I will never get back

  I had an issue returning an online purchase that was financed through Fairstone because of a system error. Even though the return couldn’t be processed initially and the return window had expired by the time the issue was resolved, Brianna and Mitch kept me updated throughout the process and contacted me as soon as it was fixed. They honored the original return, and everything was completed smoothly. I really appreciate their professionalism, communication, and commitment to resolving the issue. Great customer service from the Best Buy Windsor team.
