  Not sure where to start on this journey with Whitby Golftown. I booked an appointment for a fitting of a new set of irons. I had the pleasure of Denis looking after me. Fantastic person to deal with. Listened to what I would like to get out of a new set of irons. Denis proceeded setting up the simulator. We try different makes of irons with High Lofts. At the end I was leaning towards the Taylormade Qi4 HL. They felt good and so we picked out grips to go with them. Denis mentioned that it would take about a month to come in. Just how comfortable I was with this fitting I mentioned to a friend about my experience and he also went up for a fitting with Denis. He got Taylormade P790 Moving along I received my irons and was anxious to get out and try them. A little hard to get used to after the first couple of outings. Went to the driving range as well. Was really struggling with them. Email Denis and he said come back in and we will see what is going on with them. Denis went over the chart, measurements. Measurements were out a bit from manufacturer but not to change my game in anyway or form. We thought maybe grips were wrong. Put a new style on the 7 iron to see if that was it. Went for about 4-5 rounds again still not working to the way my old irons were. Emailed Denis again. This is where the customer service comes in. Denis had me back to Whitby at my convenience. This gentleman pull everything out to find me a set of irons. I was there for at least an 1.5hrs of Denis time. This didn’t matter to him. He made this whole experience of iron shopping the easiest and most important thing Denis made sure that I was looked after and satisfied. Satisfied isn’t the word I can describe as Denis took back my irons re simulated with other irons. I now just have to wait for a month for the new set Ai300. If your ever want to have an iron fitting in Whitby. Just ask for Denis. He sure knows his stuff but most of all he knows his customers service.   It was my very first time coming to Golf Town today. I was welcomed by a staff member named Tori who helped me purchased some golf balls, tee and a new left handed glove as I am new to golfing. She showed me deals , as well as explained to me what brands would best work for me. She did a phenomenal job with supporting me .

  I came in looking for a club that I ordered from woodbridge and vik really helped me out, and it was super a professional give that guy a raise, and I came in a week ago to look for golf shoes and margaret.It was super helpful loads of good information.And I bought the under armour spiked and she was running around grabbing all types of sizes for me. So I really appreciated her help. So promote those two

  I had a great experience at Golf Town Whitby thanks to Vik. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout my visit. He took the time to answer my questions, offered knowledgeable advice, and made sure I found exactly what I needed without feeling rushed. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find, and Vik truly went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. Golf Town is lucky to have him on their team. Thanks again, Vik!

  I had the good fortune of meeting Austin the first time I entered this store a couple of years ago. Immediately my first impression of Austin was “wow, what a polite and knowledgeable young man. His enthusiasm was infectious and his patience unyielding. Since that time a few years ago Austin has become my go to guy for golf purchases. Even when I stop by the store for small items or to browse he is always there to meet me with a smile and a how are you? Look no further when buying golf items…Austin is the guy!
