  This was an absolutely atrocious Marios experience. This location is usually on the slower side but today's service was over the top bad. Its was like they were purposefully trying to go out of their way to give bad service. Our soup was amazing as was the salad but the meals were aweful. Both meals at the table were dry and crusty on top like they had both been sitting waiting to be served for like 30 minutes. It made the meal very unenjoyable. They never have enough wait staff here but today it didn't seem like that was the problem. It was the waitstaff seemed to purposefully dilly dally and not care at all.

  Visited this location and tried the Penne Arrabbiata alongside their classic tomato soup. The food itself was quite good—the soup was hot and flavor-packed, and the pasta had a nice kick to it. However, the overall experience could have been elevated if the restaurant was a bit cleaner and the staff were a little more welcoming and friendly. It’s still a reliable spot for a solid meal, but there's room for improvement on service and cleanliness.

  Great experience at East Side Mario's Whitby! The food was delicious and everything came out fresh and tasty. A special shoutout to Janine, our server — she was so sweet, warm and cheerful throughout the evening and made us feel truly welcome. Service like hers is rare. We'll definitely be back!

  very good place. i like the logo. the outside seating look soo cool, and inside, theres a hanging motercycle! like the wood walls. the food options are great! pizza, salads, milkshakes, mozzerella stick, chicken, and more. also for kids who are finished their coloring sheet and bored, if your sitting next to the wooden, adult chairs and tables, than youll see like a show with funny momments. just to tell you its somthing like tiktok.

  Came here with the family and it started out great, but after we ordered our food we were pretty disappointed. We ordered a kids pizza for our toddler which comes with a drink and a dessert, but the dessert never came. For the drink we got her milk and it was brought in a pint-sized glass filled to the top, so we asked for an empty glass as no toddler could drink that without spilling it all over. We had to ask several times for the empty glass before we got it eventually. The sandwich I got was supposed to come with a salad, but salad never came. Towards the end we asked if we could take the salad to go, but again the salad never came. Appetizers we got were also no different than what you get from a frozen box. We asked for the bill twice and had to wait over 10 minutes to get our bill and we didnt bother asking for the toddlers dessert or the salad and had to leave.
