  Praveen was a great waiter, we enjoyed his quick service and friendly attitude. Looking forward to our next visit! We are new to Whitby and so happy we checked out this location as our go-to was Pickering Town. Be back soon!

  Praveen was an incredible waiter for our table of 8. Very thoughtful, kept checking in on us making sure everything was great. Food was amazing per usual, definitely come here to enjoy a delicious meal in a delightful environment.

  Ordered the Italian Dinner for 2 and got the fettuccine alfredo and linguine chicken Tetrazzini for the pasta dishes. Portion sizes were very, very small, could see the bottom of the containers when we opened the dishes. Love a good fettuccine Alfredo in general but found the one from here to be super dry with the sauce, taste very, very bland and pasta hard and not well cooked to al dente. Do not recommend and could've (should've) made this at home instead.

  Had an amazing experience at East Side Mario’s, and a big part of it was thanks to Praveen! His service was exceptional from start to finish — friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you, Praveen, for making our dining pleasant.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant because of the service from one of the female employees. She clearly needs more customer service training. I politely asked her for an item, but after waiting more than 15 minutes, she never came back. I had to remind her myself, and she simply said, “Oh, you asked me for that?” She had completely forgotten my request and didn’t even apologize. Her attitude was rude and dismissive. Because of her behavior, I completely lost my appetite. By the time our food arrived, it was cold, and the taste was disappointing because it had clearly been sitting for too long. What should have been an enjoyable meal turned into a very frustrating experience. I hope the manager takes this feedback seriously. This employee needs proper training on customer service and how to treat customers with respect. A restaurant is not just about serving food and it’s about providing a good experience. Unfortunately, she does not seem to know how to work professionally in a restaurant. The poor service completely ruined our visit, and I will not be returning. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers don’t have to experience rude behaviour, forgotten requests, long waits, and cold food.
