  Went to Best Buy on June 9 around 1:30 p.m. to drop off a prepaid Amazon return that weighed less than 20 grams. I had the QR code ready, but they refused to scan it and told me I needed a physical printout. Then they said they couldn’t print it either. The worst part? The store looked almost empty, while there were around 20 employees standing around, chatting, laughing, and doing absolutely nothing useful. Geek Squad and customer service both had staff available, but somehow a simple prepaid return became impossible. I was actually considering buying a $300–$400 portable AC from Best Buy that day, but after that useless experience, I left and bought it somewhere else. Best Buy lost a sale because their staff couldn’t be bothered to help with the most basic customer service task. Terrible process, lazy service, and zero common sense. Never coming back to this location.

  Okay experience but satisfied with purchase. I walked in yesterday and the workers were having a yap fest. Def not professional if i gotta stand around u awkwardly so I can get some help thats not cool (understandably was a ghost town but still un attentive when I walked in). I had checked online and seen the turtle beach headphones were $20 so i come in and get the headset and ask the worker if it works for pc. She confidently told me no it does NOT work and if i plug in the 3.5mm jack into my laptop it will DEFINITELY not work so she redirects me to the isle of the $100+ equipment🥹not only that I brought my drone to see if I could get help fixing the gimbal, absolutely no help as I saw them have the same drone in stock all I needed was a plastic part. So the young workers clearly don’t really have technical knowledge and I understand there is things out of their control but that pissed me off how a big company like best buy doesn’t have absolutely nothing to repair drones they sell. This is assumption but maybe they didn’t work my drone because it wasn’t bought from them I’m assuming. Finally though I will say I am completely happy with the headphones very good bang for buck multipatform headset . Turtle beach recon 50p

  Vee the team lead provided exceptional service, that I have not experienced in a service industry in a while now. I will definitely recommend Best buy to my family, friends and colleagues
