  I went to the Conestoga bestbuy to buy the Apple Watch Ultra 3, but the saleswoman told me it wasn’t available, even though I could buy it online and available in the store.

  My experience at the store#261 was "interesting" when I wanted to buy an Oura5 ring and the associate Zahan told me that the store does not have the ring and refuse to help me to find out if other store have it. When I told him that I will complain his answer was "I don't care". After I asked for the store manager he appeared with the box with the oura ring5. Today June 10 I talked on the phone with the store manager and first thing he told me he doesn't believe his associate said the words "I don't care if you complain". The manager did not apologize and made affirmed that his associate will not say these words. Based on manager attitude I am not surprise by the associate behavior. This is not the Best Buy firm that I used to purchase from!

  Fantastic customer service by Zahan. He helped me get my first devicd in canada. Helped me with the whole process and gave me the cheapest pricing. The manager helped with some technical diffuculties i had due to my age while my phone was being processed. Great custkmer service by the team!! Very Happy!
