  I’m beyond confused as to how an Apple Store, that’s not busy, is so poorly run. Three people said they would get someone to cash me out. Nobody came over. That’s so frustrating so I left.

  Esther and Eric both helped me get my macbook fixed after I had damaged the screen with water. They explained the whole process and were both so kind, helpful, and friendly. The price for the repair was very reasonable and they did so much to make sure I was okay with everything and satisfied with the repair 😁 Thank you Esther and Eric 🫶

  We had appointment and they said wait until one hour More than 2 hours we are waiting they said your not in our system they rebook the appointment still we are waited for 30 minutes

  I only went there because Apple online support sent me there, just for the store team to prove how incompetent they are over an issue that could’ve been approved by Apple support remotely with a simple video of the device. To be fair, I was calm and not frustrated at all, because I entered with zero expectation. Already knew they're not gonna do anything Just by reading the reviews. 🤣
